Is there parking?
There is free parking in the lay-by at the entrance to the private road or along the public road.
If there is space, the patient can park on the drive way or outside the front garden, as long as there is space for other vehicles to pass-by.
Is there a toilet for patients?
The toilet is just inside the front door of the house (which should be open), to the right.
How to reach the clinic after parking?
The clinic is through the side gate on the left of the house and in the “shed” at the end of the path.
If I need to rearrange an appointment, how much notice do I need to give?
A patient can change an appointment up to 48hrs before their appointment start time. If the appointment is changed within 48hrs, there will be a late cancellation fee of £20. If the appointment is changed within 24hrs then there will be a late cancellation fee of the full price.
If there is availability to book an appointment on the present day but the patient needs to change the day after booking, will a late cancellation fee be implemented?
If the appointment is booked on the present day, the patient can change the appointment up to 2hrs before their appointment to rearrange it, if it is changed within 2hrs of the appointment, then there will be a late cancellation fee of £20.
Are there any shops or cafes near-by?
Yes, there are a lot in our bustling town and surrounding areas!
There is a local village store/post-office, within a 2 minute walk, along the road. A fish and chips shop & a mobile cafe within 2 minutes drive. A Beefeater & a tea and cake cafe within 3 minutes drive. There are also two pubs in the next villages 4 minutes (Little Chart) and 5 minutes (Pluckley) drive away. Ashford town centre is a 10 minute drive.
